BANISH HATE & INTOLERANCE - Develop a zero tolerance of hate & negative elements in society, practice this attitude every day in every way!

HOPE FOR THE FUTURE - Reinforce your hopes for the future & rebuild your confidence with positive self talk.   Write short affirmations & place them where you'll see them everyday.

RESUME ROUTINES - Resume your daily routines, get back to everyday activities.   Focus on action plans for the future, plan for you & your family's next trip or holiday.   Plan for more quality time with your family, friends & loved ones.   Emphasize and intensify relationships with friends & associates.

PUBLIC SERVICE - Join a public service organization, meet & become active in their activities, give and serve your favorite charity.   These actions will strengthen your self esteem " Good works nourish the spirit".   However you worship, increase your attendance and encourage others to do the same.   If it is fitting remember the strength of daily prayer, be tolerant of others who practice different beliefs.
