Intellectual Property:   Now you know you have it;   What now?

Just the knowledge of the existence of this personal asset starts you on the road to self-awareness.   You now know for sure that you have value and now its up to you to exploit this hidden power.   Remember, it can't grow and flourish unless it's shared and nurtured by using it.

Developing new fields of interests attains growth, find a new hobby or restarting an old one.   Restart your intellectual burners by going back to school.   Challenge yourself, dare to push the envelope of your abilities.   Remember, you can only accomplish something if you can see yourself doing it in the mind's eye.   Write notes encouraging yourself, positive self talk works magic in improving self-confidence.

Raise the bar, demand more of yourself, if your comfortable it's time to get moving.   The wonderful thing about all you gain in this process is that, you keep it all, it's yours.   Nobody can take it from you and the more you share the more growth takes place.
